During a recent conversation with the Balloon group leader he has some concerns over the currency of some of the balloon pilots due to some recent poor weather. Unfortunately due to this (coupled with the fact that early forecasts of the weekend of the 26th & 27th of July are not looking great) we will not be able run our event over this weekend.

This is not a cancellation for the event, just a postponement! We have already started making plans for rescheduling the event and at the moment September is looking good with the Balloon group leader hoping to get all of his pilots current at the (World Famous) Bristol Balloon Fiesta and then attending our Balloon event a short time afterwards.

One bonus of the event rescheduling is that we will no longer be in conflict with the UKS Boogie which should hopefully mean more people will be able to attend our very unique event (30 Balloons at the DZ!)
